Smart Trade Electronics operates on a cashless basis with VAT. Upon order approval, we issue an invoice with a fixed price valid for an agreed period. Along with the goods, we provide a delivery note, and we register a tax invoice for VAT payers.

How we process wholesale orders
Upon receiving an application, the manager checks product availability, reserves it for you, and prepares a commercial offer with a wholesale price. After approval, you receive an invoice with VAT. Shipment takes place after payment is received; we notify you of the dispatch and provide a tracking number. For large batches, timelines and shipping methods are agreed upon separately — phased shipments are possible.
Packaging and insurance
Terminals, power stations, and drones are expensive equipment, which is why we package wholesale batches taking long-distance transport into account. By agreement, the cargo is insured for its full value. Upon receipt, we advise checking package integrity in the presence of the delivery service representative.

Supply agreement
For regular purchases and large batches, we conclude a supply agreement that fixes prices, timelines, payment procedures, and shipment terms. This is convenient for the accounting and legal departments: each subsequent delivery is processed under pre-agreed conditions.
Product reservation
Upon approval of the commercial offer, we reserve the product for your order for the validity period of the invoice. If the procurement undergoes internal organizational approval or a tender, notify the manager — we will coordinate the reservation period and price fixation. Priority reservation of new arrivals is available for regular clients.
